Flatiron's most spacious apartment is available year-round for both short-term and long-term rentals for little more than the price of a smaller unit. This apartment is fully furnished and has a private entrance. The kitchen area is ready for your preparations, or you may prefer to visit the area’s many fine restaurants. Nearby cultural attractions include MASS MoCA (http://www.massmoca.org/), Dark Ride Project (http://www.darkrideproject.org/), Main Street Stage (http://www.mainstreetstage.org/), Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, Williamstown Theatre Festival, Clark Art Institute, Williams College Museum of Art; recreational attractions include swimming, skiing, fishing, bicycling, and hiking. Bicycles are available (free) for recreational use by guests as is WiFi.
Rates:
$375 week (summer- $425)
$950 month (summer- $1, 250)
Long Term Lease - $500.00 per month plus electric.
